Fat loss pills are wildly popular with first time weight loss enthusiasts but sadly they are not the fastest way to lose belly fat.

Fat loss or weight loss pills may give you an immediate edge for 2 weeks and then become redundant as your body’s resistance to them climbs to the level where, they no longer have impact.

What then is the way to lose weight fast? Is there some sort of anti-flab machine we could use to lose the belly flab instantly? Sadly no, but there are some things you can do quite easily that can act like an anti-flab machine and its cheaper too. Win-Win situation!

In the past(when I was overweight) I would regularly open up a large family packet of chocolate and have no trouble consuming the entire packet.

This is what refined grains will do to you or anyone else. We only eat refined grains because its considered normal and we feel like we’re missing something. Its just a feeling of emptiness, the same type of feeling you get when giving up smoking. Its just psychological.

However I don’t advocate losing carbohydrates completely just try to move away from refined carbohydrates as much as you can. This is the fastest way to lose belly fat.

I still consume things like rice and potato but then I have time to workout 5 days a week. What if you don’t have that time? What if you only have 2 days in the week when you’re free from other responsibilities? You get the picture.

Now don’t go running to the bookstore to buy your very own copy of the Atkins diet. What I’m saying is to eat carbohydrates in a more controlled manner.

For example, You can get most of your healthy carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables sweet potatoes and yams and if you still don’t feel full you can add in some healthy fats like eggs, avocados, nuts and add in protein.

The quickest way to lose belly fat is to tie in all those little points together and add a structure so you don’t lose your way.

I would highly recommend this. Its nowhere near as expensive as an ongoing subscription to some lousy weight loss pill program. Its cheaper than dinner for 2 and its one-time investment.

Good question – There isn’t one. The best diet to burn stomach lipids is one that gets you results quickly even if the results are slightly insignificant.

After all, losing belly fat is a marathon, not a race. Fat loss is arguably an exact science – you consume less than you burn.

Simple enough right?

Not quite. There are humans involved and us humans have this wonderful thing called emotion.

These emotions sometimes get in the way of our fat loss efforts or they sometimes get in the way of any worthwhile pursuit, that is completely new to us.

The other problem is the varied goals of different people. For instance, the best diet to lose belly fat for women may be something to help them lose love handles quick or lose weight after pregnancy.

The best diet to lose belly fat for men may be eating 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

As you can imagine, the end results will be different on different types of diets.

Help Me Lose Weight Fast!

Help me lose weight fast! – Is usually shouted at me every time one of my female friends needs to tighten up her belly for a very very special occasion, well, special occasion according to them.

Its usually a wedding or a party of some kind where they’ll be competing or keeping up with other girls to be the center of attention.

I always say it and I’ll say it again – fad diets are never recommended, least by me!

However, I understand what women go through in these situations. God forbid 1 of these rival girls talks about how fat you looked at that party the other day.

This is unacceptable!

Anyway, lets get to the meat (pun not intended, seriously) of today’s educational lessons and learn how 2 lose weight fast!

So you’ve got a few weeks at most and you want to tighten up that stomach you’ve developed that annoyingly juts out of your skin in all the wrong places.

I’m going to put you on an Atkins type diet first of all. Get to your grocery store as quickly as you can and lets get you some gut-busting super foods.

This is what you’ll need:

  • Plenty of steak Or Chicken breast
  • Cod liver oil
  • A multi-vitamin
  • Vegetables e.g. brussel sprouts, cabbage cauliflower, broccoli
  • Tomato – I know I should have put it under vegetables (it’s actually a fruit) but it has some other benefits that you’ll love when I mention them later
  • Some olive oil if you want your food to have some fat for extra flavor
  • Lastly, you’ll need some brown rice – go for Basmati if you can find it otherwise quinnoa will do fine

I recommend steak because it gets digested slower than carbohydrates. Cod liver oil is great for your joints, you’ll need it when you drop all the water when you cut down on your carbohydrate intake.

The vitamins are necessary when cutting calories because you lose them when you lose the nutrients due to dieting.

The calorie content in vegetables are puny and will be used to give you that feeling of fullness after eating.

The tomatoes really are magic, they’re like the icing on the cake (the cake being you of course) because they contain something called Lycopene.

I’m not going to go into all the science here, I’m sure you’ll agree you don’t need a science class right now.

Tomatoes have consistently been shown in studies and research to drastically improve your skin.

Like I said, its the icing. I know losing the desired weight is only half the equation, the other half is to look serene.

Don’t you just love me? ;-)

Now for when to eat. I’ll be up-front here. This is the most excruciating part of it all because you have to eat every 3 hours without fail.

This will keep your metabolism revving wildly high. Just make sure the bulk of your meal is made of mostly protein – hence the steak.

Let’s say for instance you wake up at 7 in the morning and eat breakfast followed by a small meal at 10, then at 1, then at 4 then at 7.

1 more thing – DO NOT eat in the evening, your metabolism is slowest at night when you’re about to sleep.

I’ve listed steak and chicken breast  as must haves because these are high in proteins. Protein dense food is broken down slower by the digestive system and releases energy in a more even manner than sugar, whihch gives you a one-time blast of quick energy and leaves you feeling drowsy afterwards.

It’s important to get some good carbs, when losing weight that’s why I added some brown rice to the list.

Brown rice is a good carb and also releases energy slowly. Don’t eat too much at meal times though. Just add a medium spoonful to each meal, you may want to cut it out completely on the last meal.

1 last thing………….

Exercise – It isn’t a must but if you are going to exercise just do some moderate intensity cardio for 20-30 minutes 2 maybe 3 times a week but again, it isn’t absolutely essential.

There you have it, that’s the plan. you should lose  1-2 lbs on the first week with those numbers rising in the following weeks.

Try not to go over 10-12 weeks. This method has helped me lose weight fast before and it will help you too but it just isn’t sustainable in the long run, I ended up adopting a more healthier lifestyle and am loving it.

I highly suggest you do too once your time on this plan is up.

In this post I want to show you a quick and easy way to lose a flabby stomach.

I always have people asking how to lose their flabby stomach and to be honest it is a tad unsightly. I’m one of those people who tend to develop a belly that’s more soft and flabby as opposed to a large protruding mound of the beer belly variety.

A flabby stomach is one that isn’t necessarily a large one but one that jiggles around in the most annoying and embarrassing way when you want to run to catch the train before the door closes or just have fun , like when you dance vigorously.

But there is a really neat trick you can use to outright remove the less than stellar attributes of your wobbly gut and I want to reveal it to you now.

First let me tell you why your stomach seems so loose. Have you seen pot bellied people? Sure, their guts are like a mountain but……it doesn’t move around too much when they walk.

The reason your belly moves like shifting sands every step is because you have water under the skin. I’m very prone to water retention too so don’t worry I know what I’m talking about!

Without further ado lets get into getting rid of your flabby stomach.

Now I’m about to do something that I never do but who am I to tell you what your needs are?

Cut your carb intake to about half. Foods that are rich in carbohydrates tend to contain properties that make your body hold onto water in those who are prone.

This is easy to do, if you get hungry an hour later simply eat a little but just a little.

I’m fully aware that you’ll end up eating about 5 or 6 meals a day but because the meals have such a low carb content the insulin spike turns out to be so puny its negligible.

Why do you think people on a no carbohydrate diet like the Atkins diet lose weight so quickly?

Its because reducing carbohydrate intake makes you drop water – all over the body!

When your body sheds its water content it means your skin gets tighter all over the body. How’s that for a bonus?

Use this method to stop your flabby stomach from moving around in an uncontrollable manner. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water and have no fear of putting that water weight back on your body won’t be able to hold onto it.

Now the last bit that everyone seems to hate is exercise. This word seems like it came out of the vocabulary of something demonic for the vast majority of people.

Exercising is actually quite pleasant and I’ve come to love it personally. But as I’ve stated before only you know your needs.

If you’re aren’t interested in sweating the water out from under you skin and therefore lose your flabby belly twice as fast then simply visit the sauna.

Not only is it unattractive its unhealthy. Many of today’s health problems are linked directly and indirectly to belly fat.

Its as hard as anything to burn fat and the stomach fat is the hardest part part of your fat makeup to lose……that is……if you don’t know how to do it.

I’m about to show you a secret to effectively reduce belly fat in a very short time by shocking the body for 4-6 weeks. Don’t worry it isn’t dangerous but this little solution is your best friend if you want to lose 1 size off your waist very quickly for whatever reason you want.

It could be to go to a party or when you want to meet someone in a few weeks. Its the greatest feeling to be able to be in any social situation and generally impress everyone there with your svelte figure.

This is a warning though, this is a SHORT-TERM solution to losing your fat belly.

My thinking is that if you can lose an inch off your waist in a matter of weeks you will be so high with ecstasy you will naturally want to keep on burning body fat until your stomach is devoid of any fat and perfectly flat.

That’s enough of that, lets get started shall we?

Crazy Fat Burning Workout Plan

Lets start with weights – this is the fastest way to lose belly fat for men and women. That’s right for women too.

You will be working out 6 days a week. Just stick to 1 body part a day and stomach workouts for every workout. Your weekly split might be some thing like this:

  • Day 1 – Back and abs – Deadlifts – 3 sets of 8-12 reps, Bent-over rows – 3 sets of 8-12 reps, Pull-ups or assisted pull-ups – 3 sets to failure. Abs – leg raises 3 sets to failure, stomach crunches optional – 3 sets to failure.

Keep in mind, abs are done at all workouts so feel free to ignore stomach crunches but DO NOT ignore leg raises, these are essential.

  • Day 2 – Chest and abs – Incline bench press – 3 sets of 8-12 reps, flat dumbbell press – 3 sets of 8-12 reps, chest flyes on a flat bench or machine – 3 sets to failure. Abs – check day 1
  • Day 3 – Rest And Relax
  • Day 4 – Legs and abs – 4 sets of squats – 12-15 reps Lunges optional – 3 sets 12-15 reps
  • Day 5 – Shoulders – Shoulder press with someone assisting you or on smith machine – 3 sets of 12-15 reps, lateral lifts – 3 sets of 12-15 reps, bent over lateral lifts – 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Abs – check day 1
  • Day 6 – Biceps – Barbell lifts – 3 sets of 15-18 reps, seated dumbbell lifts – 3 sets of 15-18 reps. Abs – check day 1
  • Day 7 – Triceps – Skull crushers – 3 sets of 15-18 reps, Triceps pull-downs – 3 sets of 15-18 reps. Abs – check day 1

The above is an example, it illustrates how each body part is stressed out over a 1 week period. Try to get every body part stressed out. The point is to burn maximum calories. Now this is where it gets interesting………

The Cardio Double Whammy

This is high intensity cardio only but the crazy thing is, its performed after every workout with the exception of legs days.

This is how you do it. Get on an elliptical trainer and start to warm up hitting 6 minutes.

As soon as the 6 minutes are up sprint 30 seconds as fast as you can and I mean give it your all.

After your 30 second sprint is up come back down to a moderate pace but for only 45 seconds.

After 45 seconds go straight back up to a sprint for 30 seconds, coming back down in intensity for another 45 seconds. Simply keep repeating for 10 – 15 minutes and no longer.

A Few Belly Flab Busting Guidelines

This is the method I used to quickly lose about an inch off my waist but I just wanted to give you some extra insights on your weight workouts.

When weight training try to move through your workouts as quickly as possible. Not so quick that the quality of your workouts suffer but quick enough for you to be sweating by the time you reach your cardio sessions.

Why Abs Everyday And Why Specifically Leg Raises?

Your legs are heavier than your upper body so you get maximum intensity out of your stomach workouts.

In my experience working high intensity on your abs gives your stomach a flatter look by making the muscle underneath harder. Besides, its great for posture.

On Diet

To attain the BEST POSSIBLE RESULTS – yes, you should try and eat healthy and every 3 hours. Lose the night time snack also, it will kill all fat loss effort you put in, in the daytime.

I’ll admit you can eat junk food or comfort food as I like to call it but if you want your belly bulge even more greatly reduced you have to put all the junk food in the trash.

Final Thoughts

When I was overweight and getting desperate, my despair had reached boiling point and I formulated this plan thinking I wasn’t doing enough and I lost a hell of a lot of weight very very quickly.

It gave me energy and with it an unshakable confidence. Social situations were no longer awkward and I began to enjoy the benefits slim people enjoy all their lives.

The plan I outlined for you will work for about 4-6 weeks and you will lose m0re weight than you’ve ever lost before if you put it into action.

The only problem with all this is, it is unsustainable. But I know you can do it.

After your 4-6 weeks are up make sure you slow it down. I know I’m being a little dogmatic about this but make sure you stop because it becomes like a drug – excess is the reason we all get fat in the first place.

Well that’s my special way of effectively reducing belly fat in a short amount of time and it really does work for a short amount of time.

I’ve mentioned before that I sometime volunteer at my local gym to teach men and women alike how to lose weight as fast and safely as possible, all with natural  methods.

I usually advocate eating proper and working out right so you can lose the fat and keep it off you permanently especially fat around the belly as that is the most difficult fat to shift.

But something has shaken up the way I view dieting and exercising. You see my friend Kayleigh recently had a baby.  Many mothers have approached me in my area asking me for help but Kayleigh never did.

Kayleigh is a new mother who found a way to lose her belly fast – very fast.

I did go to see her when she had a baby and she did look more than a little chubby I have to admit. I went about my business for a while and I went to see her after 10 weeks to see how she and her baby were getting along and to my utter astonishment – she was as thin as a stick with a stomach so flat you can iron your clothes on it.

Granted, she was always on the thin side with a slight frame but I’ve taught and seen many people lose weight and it is usually a gradual process, losing 1-2 lbs of fat a week resulting in a total body transformation in time.

I’ve been trying to lose fat fast for years and after I tried it all and finally lost it all lost it all I thought I knew everything there was to know about rapid weight loss.

I was humbled of course by Kayleigh’s almost overnight transformation, so I flat out asked her how the hell she lost her fat belly so quickly and easily.

Get Motivated To Lose Weight – 1 Weird Tip Keeps You In The Weight Loss Game

What makes some people get motivated to lose weight, so willing to lose weight they’re raring to go first thing in the morning while others will mope about for a few hours before they even put public-ready clothes on.

1 of the main reasons people don’t reach their weight loss goals even when they’ve made that new years resolution is, in my opinion a lack of motivation.

How can anyone lose weight fast without any motivation to do so?

I’m no expert on psychology or anything but my mind seems to point to psychology and more importantly – your state of mind.

I struggled for years before I could see the belly fat visibly melt off and it was only when I got the right information that it happened , not overnight but very very quickly.

Why is it that I was able to stay motivated for years when other people will come in for a week or 2 chat up that cute girl in the treadmill and they’re gone for good.

The answer is actually a question.

What Is Your Why?

Now I am very embarrassed to say this but I feel compelled to come clean anyway.

My first reason for wanting to lose weight (belly fat in particular) had something to do with a girl. Hey, I was young, you want me to apologize for being a normal kid?

But it was something else too, I hated that other girls would speak to me and give me attention but quickly make an excuse to leave so that they can eye up that buff guy.

My reason for wanting to lose belly fat fast was to be able to compete with other guys and attract women with ease.

I realize now that it was foolhardy and immature but what the hey, what teenager isn’t like that.

The moral of this story isn’t that you shouldn’t be immature or anything like that. Its that you should always remember why you started wanting to lose weight in the first place.

I had a powerful reason to start and make sure I got to where I was going.

This is how to get motivated to lose weight and keep on that path until you reach your destination.

Have a powerful ‘why’ and you can never stray from the path you’ve chosen. Your ‘why’ is the  passion of your  purpose and it keeps you fixated on the prize.

The same things apply to you too ladies. You might feel guilty for being so shallow but I don’t see it that way. In my mind its human nature otherwise none of us would be in the world.

Your why could be anything – money, attraction to the fairer sex, health. Anything, even if its shallow, you still have to remember it.

So next time someone tells you, you’re over-compensating, you’re insecure, you’re shallow, you’re obsessed tell them to stuff it and remember that all-powerful, all-consuming ‘why’ if you want to lose weight fast.

Once you’ve found it, get motivated to lose weight and stay that way.
